Integrative Health Assessment & Health Coaching

What is an integrative health assessment and health coaching at your center?

An integrative health assessment helps you understand your overall health using a holistic lens that includes your symptoms, lifestyle, blood tests and an ESG energy balance scan, while health coaching then turns these insights into doable daily actions.
The aim is to relate what you feel (for example fatigue, poor sleep, low energy or chronic discomfort) to underlying metabolic and regulatory imbalances, and then guide you step‑by‑step with personalized coaching to build better habits and long‑term health resilience.

The ESG energy balance scan is an advanced, non‑invasive assessment, inspired by “ancient pulse reading”, that maps metabolic energy around organs and systems in about three minutes to give a visual overview of energy distribution and balance. These findings are then used in coaching sessions to explain what is happening inside your body in simple language and to prioritize practical changes in diet, lifestyle and self‑care that support your body’s natural homeostasis.

Blood tests and health screening show chemical markers that reflect your internal environment, such as glucose, lipids and organ function, while ESG mapping shows the corresponding energy regulation and balance behind these markers. When ESG insights are combined with blood chemistry and your symptom story, it becomes easier to visualize metabolic functions, link them to what you feel day‑to‑day and design targeted lifestyle or supportive interventions through coaching.

You are encouraged to consider an integrative assessment with coaching if you answer “no” to more than one of the 8 self‑check questions (about appetite, perspiration, bowel movement, urination, sleep, temperature, energy and emotions) or if you have persistent symptoms. It is particularly relevant if you experience low energy, poor sleep, recurrent discomfort, or are concerned about your long‑term health and aging quality and want a coach to help you build sustainable daily habits instead of relying only on quick fixes.

After your assessment, your practitioner will review your ESG scan, blood tests and lifestyle patterns with you, then co‑create a tailored plan that may include nutrition advice, daily routines, stress regulation strategies and recommendations on suitable energy‑based therapies. Health coaching sessions then provide ongoing guidance, accountability and adjustments so you can gradually implement these changes, monitor progress and better understand your body’s signals over time.

Energy Therapy: Life Energy Sauna & Life Energy Lamp

What are the Life Energy Sauna and Life Energy Lamp?

The Life Energy Sauna is a far infrared (FIR) sauna that uses patented ceramic semiconductor technology to emit 4–14 micron FIR energy in an enclosed chamber for deep warming and sweat‑based detoxification. The Life Energy Lamp is a localized FIR device designed to deliver targeted deep‑warming energy to specific body areas, complementing whole‑body sauna use for daily home energy therapy.
Both devices are suitable for people who lack regular physical activity and sweat detoxification, individuals with chronic diseases and metabolic syndromes, those with low energy and anyone seeking better skin health and beauty. The Sauna is ideal when a whole‑body session and intensive detox are desired, while the Lamp suits those who prefer shorter, localized sessions (for example, specific joints or areas of discomfort).
Continuous FIR exposure from the Sauna and Lamp aims to improve blood circulation, metabolism and cellular renewal by reducing the size of water molecule clusters and promoting vasodilation in the micro‑circulation. Claimed benefits include detoxification through perspiration, anti‑aging and skin support, relaxation via lactic‑acid discharge, support for healthier blood glucose and circulation and assistance in reducing uric acid through sweat.
Unlike traditional high‑heat saunas, both devices focus on a specific FIR wavelength range (4–14 microns) described as vital for health and deep tissue warming, with even energy distribution in the Sauna chamber. They are positioned as convenient ways to enjoy exercise‑like cardiovascular and sweating benefits and deep warming without the same mechanical strain, time demand or lactic‑acid build‑up of prolonged physical exercise.
The Life Energy Sauna uses patented ceramic semiconductor technology and is CE and GS certified, indicating it meets recognized electrical and safety standards; usage recommendations emphasize gradual, regular sessions. Both Sauna and Lamp come with a disclaimer that results vary by individual condition, and outcomes depend on the duration, frequency and manner of application, so users are advised to use them sensibly and consult professionals when needed.

TCM and Acupuncture Therapy

How do TCM and acupuncture fit into your integrative approach?

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and acupuncture are used to support the flow of Qi, balance organ systems and relieve symptoms such as pain, poor sleep and low energy, complementing ESG findings and Western lab results. At the center, TCM insights are integrated with your ESG energy scan, blood tests and lifestyle review so that acupuncture and other TCM methods are applied in a more targeted and personalised way.
TCM diagnosis traditionally relies on pulse, tongue and symptom observation to understand patterns of imbalance in Qi, blood and organ systems. The ESG energy analysis provides a visual, technology‑based map of energy balance around organs and systems, which can be read alongside TCM patterns to refine both treatment focus and health coaching recommendations.
In an integrative setting, acupuncture is commonly used to support relief of pain, stress, poor sleep, digestive discomfort, low energy and other functional complaints by regulating Qi flow along the meridians. When combined with ESG assessment and health coaching, acupuncture can be positioned as one of several tools (together with lifestyle, nutrition and energy therapy) to improve circulation, calm the nervous system and support long‑term regulation rather than just short‑term symptom relief.
No, the integrative model is designed so that TCM and acupuncture work alongside Western screening and treatment, not in opposition to them. Clients are encouraged to maintain appropriate medical care and use TCM, acupuncture, ESG scans and health coaching as complementary support to improve resilience, quality of life and daily functioning.
Your plan is based on your TCM pattern diagnosis together with ESG results, blood tests and your symptom and lifestyle history taken during the integrative assessment. From there, your practitioner and health coach co‑design a phased approach that may combine acupuncture sessions, energy therapy, nutrition and lifestyle changes, with regular reviews to adjust according to your response.
