An integrative health assessment helps you understand your overall health using a holistic lens that includes your symptoms, lifestyle, blood tests and an ESG energy balance scan, while health coaching then turns these insights into doable daily actions.
The aim is to relate what you feel (for example fatigue, poor sleep, low energy or chronic discomfort) to underlying metabolic and regulatory imbalances, and then guide you step‑by‑step with personalized coaching to build better habits and long‑term health resilience.
The ESG energy balance scan is an advanced, non‑invasive assessment, inspired by “ancient pulse reading”, that maps metabolic energy around organs and systems in about three minutes to give a visual overview of energy distribution and balance. These findings are then used in coaching sessions to explain what is happening inside your body in simple language and to prioritize practical changes in diet, lifestyle and self‑care that support your body’s natural homeostasis.
Blood tests and health screening show chemical markers that reflect your internal environment, such as glucose, lipids and organ function, while ESG mapping shows the corresponding energy regulation and balance behind these markers. When ESG insights are combined with blood chemistry and your symptom story, it becomes easier to visualize metabolic functions, link them to what you feel day‑to‑day and design targeted lifestyle or supportive interventions through coaching.
You are encouraged to consider an integrative assessment with coaching if you answer “no” to more than one of the 8 self‑check questions (about appetite, perspiration, bowel movement, urination, sleep, temperature, energy and emotions) or if you have persistent symptoms. It is particularly relevant if you experience low energy, poor sleep, recurrent discomfort, or are concerned about your long‑term health and aging quality and want a coach to help you build sustainable daily habits instead of relying only on quick fixes.
